Description |
| Payroll/HR Specialist |
Responsibilities:
- Accurately keys all payroll related data.
- Polls electronic time clock (TimeTrak) and reviews the information for completeness and accuracy.
- Processes and pays all payroll taxes.
- Completes all reference checks, domestic requests, etc. for all employees.
- Handles benefits administration, including enrollments, claims resolution, change reporting, and approving invoices for payment.
- Handles driver program including physical re-certifications, accident reporting, etc.
- Performs various bookkeeping/accounting functions.
Job requirements:
High school diploma, minimum 2 years experience in payroll processing. Human resources and benefits administration experience preferred.
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, computerized payroll processing system, 10-key calculator |
Inside Sales |
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Process customer phone orders and returns
- Check availability of stock and shipping dates
- Assist Outside Sales Representatives
- Upsell specials to current customer base
Job requirements:
2+ years of Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills, data entry entry skills, telephone skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required. |
Accounts Receivable Clerk |
Responsibilities:
- Post payments to accounts
- Handle collections
- File judgements and work with attorneys
- Releasing orders for shipment
- Data entry
- Filing and phones
- Working with customers, sales department, etc.
Job requirements:
Experience with credit/cash application, MS Word and Excel. Must be organized, detail oriented, have great communication skills and have good attendance. |
Truck Drivers |
Responsibilities:
- Drive straight truck to vaious locations
- Deliver product to customers
- Lift up to 70lbs consistently
Job requirements:
Complete a drug test and physical, must have good attendance, be detailed oriented, efficient and timely, have a clean driving record, and follow all safety procedures set forth by CBW and DOT. |
2nd Shift Warehouse |
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders
- Loading trucks
Job requirements:
Prior warehouse experience a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work independently, and have good attendance. Work a 4-day work week between Sunday - Thursday. Most positions start at 1:00pm for a 10 hour shift, with mandatory overtime when needed. |
