Effective May 20, 2012, CBW will have to block the sale of Ephedrine to West Virginia. The Governor of West Virginia signed S.B. 437 on March 29th with an effective date of June 8, 2012. This bill appears to make all ephedrine and pseudoephedrine Schedule V – pharmacy only.
