Q: Will you still deliver if my business is not on the East Coast?

A: As long as you live in the United States, CBW can deliver non-refrigerated goods to you via FedEx.

Q: What types of products can I buy from CBW?

A: We offer a wide variety of products for our different customers, including coffees, paper products, cleaning supplies, and snack foods.

Q: What brands of coffee do you offer?

A: We offer a variety of brands for you to choose from, and we can package these brands any way you’d like; whole bean, frac packs, or K-Cups. And whether you prefer decaf, regular, or flavored, we’ve got you covered!

Q: What additional services do you offer?

A: We offer store-layout planograms for all customers, based on leading industry research. We also offer category insights on the top items in each category, for your particular industry.  

Q: How do I place my orders?

A: Orders are placed through CBWs online ordering platform, ZiiZii. A brief video introduction can be found here

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

A: We ship using FedEx ground shipping. You will receive a tracking number with your purchase, so you will know where your package is at all times.

Q: How do I set up an account?

Q: Once I set up an account, how long will it take before I can start ordering?

A: New account set-up takes about 48 hours. You will receive a conformation email once your account has been activated.
